All items are sold ‘as new’ and have 12 months warranty; delivery charge is non-refundable. Used items are not eligible for refund as they are made to measure to your own specifications and cannot be re-sold. Items bought from our regular stock may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery only if they are new, unused, complete, and include original packaging in a resalable and re-shippable condition. No returns are accepted after 14 days from the delivery date for stock items only. Made to order buildings are not returnable.
Refunds will only be given for stock items only as money back (for item only, shipping charge is non-refundable) or item exchange (buyer need to send us money for another shipping) – buyer’s choice.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping or exchange costs along with any transaction fees. Items received that are not in good condition will incur a charge for any missing or damaged material (20%-50% depends on the damage level) or they will be returned to the customer if requested, at the customer’s expense.
Unclaimed damaged returns will be destroyed. Unauthorized customer’s returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be ‘tracked down’ and are not the responsibility of Secure-Garages.
