2. The full balance amount should be paid prior to installation. The latest point in which we can receive the full balance amount is immediately after the unloading of goods; payment cannot be delayed or extended beyond that point. The balance can be settled either by using cash, bank transfer or by PayPal (3.4% Fee applies).

3. In the event of unexpected circumstances, such as vehicle breakdown or if extreme weather conditions are expected on the date of the installation, Secure-Garages Ltd reserve the right to postpone the installation date by 7-14 days.

4. The building base needs to be level and strong enough to support the metal structure purchased. If the base is not level or sufficiently stable, the structure may become distorted. Secure-Garages Ltd will accept no responsibility for any distortion or movement that occurs after installation due to un-level ground or an unstable building base.

5. Secure-Garages Ltd issues a warranty covering all materials and labour provided at the customer’s address and this will be in accordance with the summary of contracts, drawings, specifications, alterations and additions. This agreement supports the customer with a one year warranty under the condition that any fault is not caused by the customer, but that of the manufacturer or seller.

6. Providing that the tin plate sheets have been properly maintained, a twenty year no-rust manufacturer’s warranty will be applied.

7. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear and/or product abuse.

8. Under this warranty, Secure-Garages Ltd will allow the opportunity to have one of its representatives assess any damage identified that may be caused by Secure-Garages Ltd employees, delivery/installation team or the manufacturer. If the damage is judged to be the fault of Secure-Garages Ltd workmanship and/or material, Secure-Garages Ltd will repair or replace the defective material free of charge within 60-90 days from receipt of evidence.

9. Any damages caused by natural disasters, i.e. hurricane, storm, tornado, flood, fire etc. are not covered or repaired by Secure-Garages Ltd.

10. Note: some shed components may be sharp or may cause an incident: Secure-Garages Ltd will accept no responsibility for any injuries sustained.

11. It is not recommended to use our products without full knowledge and awareness of the potential hazards.

12. On signing the invoice, the customer confirms that they are using the building at their own risk and they are fully aware of all Health and Safety implications.

13. Items collected or delivered for self-assembly must be checked by the customer for any damage and we must be notified immediately; no damage reimbursements will be possible at a later date.

14. If a customer is purchasing components for self-assembly, any incorrect installations or modifications will not be accepted as being the fault of Secure-Garages Ltd, and we will not accept liability for such faults.

15. Planning permission is sometimes required for buildings sold by Secure-Garages Ltd. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local Council Building Control Department to check for any required planning permission. Secure-Garages Ltd accepts no responsibility for any buildings sold and installed without first obtaining the correct documentation.

16. Installing the building involves drilling into the structure which may leave small metal fragments on the metal roof, clear “Sky View” roof or other surfaces including surrounding areas; these may be visible for a period after installation. Secure-Garages Ltd will endeavour to remove as much of this as possible after installation, however some will remain and will not be removed. This may result in the building roof, structure or surroundings displaying minor rusty residues; this is normal when working with this type of building material and cannot be avoided. Secure-Garages Ltd therefore accepts no responsibility for this occurrence.

17. Secure-Garages Ltd do not supply any electrical work or certification, this must be arranged independently by the customer.

18. Note: As individual building circumstances and requirements are unique, the finished size may vary slightly.

19. On completion of the building, the customer will be invited to inspect the installation and sign the Invoice. By signing the invoice the customer is confirming that they are fully satisfied with the product and services they have received.
